Mrs. Mickel is entering her ninth year of teaching for CPDLF.  Prior to teaching at CPDLF, Mrs. Mickel served as the Director of Learning for Keystone Points of Knowledge in Eastern Pennsylvania.  She received a B.S. in Secondary English Education from Lock Haven University and earned a Masters of Science degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.  In addition to teaching for CPDLF, she also teaches as an adjunct English instructor at the college level within the Huntingdon community.  Mrs. Mickel lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband and three cats.  Some of her interests include travel--especially in Great Britain and Ireland, writing, working in her flower beds, and spending time with family and friends.
