CPDLF has begun planning for the 2008-2009 school year. We are expecting a large number of applicants, so make sure you complete and send in your re-enrollment forms as soon as possible. We will only guarantee your spot if we receive your re-enrollment forms by June 14th, 2008.

For detailed instructions and for extra copies of the forms, please log-in above. All students should also have received a copy of the forms with their 3rd quarter report cards.

Graduation Information:

Graduation for CPDLF's Class of 2008 will be held on June 12, 2008 in Altoona at CPDLF's offices. More information will be sent out to graduating seniors at a later time.

Other Reminders:

Make sure you are checking both your email and the email of your student.  Also, you should be checking your student’s gradebook on a regular basis to monitor their progress throughout the year.  Logging attendance is also a responsibility of the parent, and needs to be done at least on a weekly basis.  Attendance must be logged even if the student is absent on the day in question.  If you have questions on login information, or how to check the student’s email, gradebook, or attendance, please contact techsupport.

If any of your contact information has changed (address, phone number, emergency contact number, school district, etc) and you have not already notified us, please contact us as soon as possible.  We need to keep this information updated so that mentors, as well as the CPDLF staff, will be able to reach the students and parents.

Nurses's Note:

This is a reminder that every student must provide health screening information to CPDLF every year!  This is mandatory according to state regulations.
