Central PA Digital Learning Foundation (CPDLF) Charter School is a cyber education option with locations in Duncansville, PA and Stroudsburg, PA. Our CEO, full time staff, Instructors, and Learning Guides are located in the Appalachia IU8 Educational Development Center building next to the Foot of Ten Elementary School. We have a large conference room for enrollment days as well as a tutoring room for Learners and their Learning Guides.
