Enrollment Referrals

Refer Your Friends. Earn PBIS Points.
Help kids like you enjoy CPDLF, too.
It's enrollment season and we're looking for students who would enjoy all the same things you do about our school:
  • Flexibility
  • Safety
  • Customization
  • Alternative schedules
  • Focused learning environment
  • Individual attention
 
Do you have a friend that would be a good fit for CPDLF? Have them complete our Request Information Form. 
 
Make sure they add your name to the referral section of the form and you'll earn PBIS points. Each form submitted earns you points, plus additional points if they register, attend their enrollment session, and complete a semester with us. 
 
Invite as many friends as you want: they just need to be PA residents!
Note: This form will cause a CPDLF staff member to reach out to their parent/guardian to provide enrollment information and answer questions. 
How the PBIS Points Accumulate
 
How many points can you earn? That depends on how many you want to refer and how likely they are to enroll with CPDLF and stay with us long-term. One referral could earn you as much as 75 PBIS points!
 
  • 5 points = for each Request Information Form submitted
  • 10 points = for each potential student's registration forms completed
  • 50 points = for each potential student that attends their enrollment session
  • 100 points = for each potential student that makes it through an entire semester with CPDLF
 
*We are looking for students who would thrive at CPDLF. One sign of this being a "good fit" for them is school attendance and staying enrolled with us.
